C-Score — Chelsea FC’s new digital health venture
C-Score is a Chelsea FC project with an ambition to accelerate a new approach to health by connecting individuals and populations to their next-gen digital biomarker. You get a snapshot of your health based on 8 easy to change lifestyle factors, quantified with a points-based measure for each area. In the end you get your core health score, your C-Score.
The project encompassed a complete visual identity, graphic score system, app design, photo concept and production, as well as activations. We wanted to create an identity that felt empowering, precise, and easy to trust, as well as creating a peaceful visual universe for you to focus on your health.
